This journal is very good and it has a good reputation. If the paper does not have strong contribution, the editor will reject it from the first stage. Also it is indexed in ISI web of science and Q1 and it has high impact factor. Not easy to publish on it.
Most journals that are published by MDPI (in Switzerland) listed in the Web of Science, have an impact factor, and others are listed in Scopus or PubMed. The editors and peer-reviewers are experts in their field, and I recommend selecting these journals for your publication.
MDPI journals generally are standard. In fact, many are frontline journals occupying Q1 Scimago ranking. Many have high impact factor in WoS.
The choice is in your hand to screen the type of your choice based on d available information.
