Dear All,
May I know how do I extract proteins from the stomach of fish? I have been using the commonly used RIPA buffer, but to no avail (the lanes were clean after development)
I have attached a picture of coomasie blue staining for stomach and gills (positive control).
The lanes are as follows: Ladder, Stomach proteins, gills protein. Please disregard the last two lanes.
Please advise.
