Does anyone have a detailed protocol on stimulating HUVECs with TGFB1? I am aware that most papers use 10 ng/ml of TGFB1 with serum free media for 24 hours. Is this media without growth factors as well? And some studies report supplementing serum free media with BSA? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
