please can anyone knows a protocol for measuring antibiotic concentration in plant samples through HPLC technique? i need the detailed protocol, with the used reagents.
i made in a glasshouse a pot experiment where i watered plants with a certain amount of commercial antibiotic. i want to test the amount of accumulated antibiotic within the pant tissue.

If you know the structure of the antibiotic compound in your extract, you may calculate the concentration of this compound by the correlation curve of the standard compound signal in HPLC.
