I have dataset which shows the length of power lines. I need to classify the lines based on the line length. Is there a rule to classify the High voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) lines based on line length? For instance, can we say lines below 500m (meters) are considered as LV lines and lines above this length are HV lines?

Here in Brazil, all distribution lines are medium (MV) and high voltage (HV) in different types of voltage classes, and interconnect matrix with system. Interconnecting regions and states.
Low voltage lines (LV) are not applied in transmission only in distribution (cities, neighborhoods and streets).
This way, line length does not apply in the distinction of LV, MV and HV.
