Hey,
I want to transduct K562 suspension cells with AAV. The vector is in serotype 9 AAV contains an apotosis-reporter and has a CAGs promoter. The titer of the AAV9 is 2.0 x 10^13 GC/mL.
It would be great if someone has some knowledge or a protocol.

AAV9 is generally not useful for in vitro experiments. AAV9 works much more efficiently for in vivo experiments.

In this publication-it has been shown that K562 cells are not well transduced by any of the AAV serotypes.

Please make sure that the AAV particles you are using has decent tropism towards K562 cells, otherwise you may not find see any results in your experiments even if you have high titers.
