Suppose I pipette the buffy coat sample in to 2mL centrifuge tube containing 1.3mL of RNAlater?
However I have collected and prepare the sample.
I just realized that I did not include the RNAlater.
What the effect of my buffy coat sample?

Hi Siti Radziah,
To extract DNA, You no need to isolate the buffy coat, you can store the blood samples as such at -80C.
if u wish to extract RNA you need to store in RNA later and 80C.
As u mentioned u need to extract DNA, So you no need to worry about it, you can go ahead with your DNA extraction.
