Please I need to determine the effect of feedback inhibition or allosteric activation on my enzyme and its mutants. How do I go about it? Any standard protocol to accomplish this?

Do check out the graphpad documentation too. I have found that to be pretty helpful to understand the various enzyme kinetic profiles generated when inhibitors/activators are added.

I would like an oldie, was written in 1975 or so by Irwin Segal, but has been printed at least until the late 90s.
