I did a single fibre tensile test on some natural fibre samples, I was able to calculate the stress and strain using the data obtained from the test (i.e. Force and Elongation). However, I'm also interested in getting the young modulus of the fibre samples.
I'll greatly appreciate any assistance/information that could help.

You can try the following equation first as if we are teaching a first-year physics lab if you have at least two points data set, just use a slope equation:
Young’s modulus = stress/strain = (FL0)/A(Ln − L0) *,

which is a specific form of Hooke’s law of elasticity, it probably gives a wrong answer for a single tensile fiber, but it is very instructive to start with.

For a determined temperature you will have different Young Modulus, young modulus is the delta sigma/delta epsilon of stress/strain curve you can create interpolation function or set you young modulus as a table it's up to you.
