I have harvested human dermal fibroblast cells and subcultured into T25 flasks using fibroblast expansion medium that contant 10% LSGS and 1% anti-anti. When observe the cells a day after subculture (day 1), the cells were still in good condition. On Day 2, they become like this (picture below). The cells have some greenish hue to it and the clear pink medium has become slightly turbid. I am not sure what type of contamination is this or is there anyway for me to recover my cells. Please do help me with your professional opinion on this.
