Hello all!

I am currently doing co-incubation experiments with neutrophils and exosomes from cell lines. When isolating the exosomes, I get very high concentrations in the BCA (e.g. 1000-3000µg/ml) but these concentrations don't match the number of particles I detect under the nanoparticle microscope. Has anyone done co-incubation experiments yet using not BCA concentrations but particle counts, because I don't know at all what would be a good particle/ml concentration for my experiments. Currently I use 15µg/ml of exosomes.

Thank you very much in advance for your responses.
