I need a bioinformatics tool for searching ORI in the genome of human. Would be glad if anyone provides a solution.

maybe you could start with the UCSC database (https://genome.ucsc.edu). try the genome browser with hg19 as assembly, just check for your ROI, and visualize what's in the region. for memory, there are lot of track option that should interest you.
