ONPG Solution preparation?

I am using ONPG as a substrate to check the enzyme activity of the beta-galatosidase. For that I need to prepare a solution of 5 mg/ml ONPG accurately. Also I've prepared a 100mM pH = 7.3 phosphate buffer.

When dissolving ONPG in the buffer it does not completely dissolve and I was asked to heat the solution gently to dissolve the powder. In that case what is the optimum temperature to heat the solution without degrading the substrate?
