Is design of/behind universe an intelligent one? if yes then how much marks out of 10 you will give to it? Has it hold self-running, error-eraser/self-healer kind of properties? Or it’s just a functional design running on “do as directed”, what kind of a “designer-software” included tools & languages there will be for “Universal Managemental System"?
Yes Khan. The design behind the Universe is Intelligent; rather Super Intelligent; All Mighty; Allah; The Supreme Being. He has to order every electron and every heavenly body of the the Universe to revolve in its orbit; the atom and the hugest bodies in the Universe to behave according to their physical properties. He has to order our heart to beat regularly. He has to order every cell and every molecule in our body to work for maintaining us healthy. To do all these things we need the Super Intelligent All Mighty Super Being, Allah. He should not sleep nor become drowsy otherwise every thing will scatter and the Universe will collapse.
Thanks for your answer Dear Prof. Qureshi, how many marks you will give to this design? What about the language in which such design is written? And what are key characteristics of such design. Can you give some proving argument that in comparison of which frame of reference you are saying this design as intelligent one?
This design does not come under our domain; and is beyond the capacity of our evaluation system; this Super Intelligent Entity; the All Mighty Allah is the Creator and we the creatures have no capacity to give it marks.
Dear Prof. Qureshi Creator created creatures on some rules as every thing is in order. There is also a clear existence of Universal Managemental System as well. The observations of those rules can lead human to the design. Creation might not have capacity to born itself but except this many many more capacities creatures have. Human always have quest of knowledge which lead unknown to known. The journey can be divided in to many way points and steps. its not direct leap toward Creature but its step by step working from creation & among creations toward Creature. Max Knowledge is the destiny. Human always remain in need to go for it; if at end don’t get any "ultimate truth" then atleast “some truth” will be gained. Let go for it.
Raja you can not under stand your own body how it works; no biological process can be understood up to its end; how you an understand your Creator. We must jump to name the Creator, the All Mighty, Allah, God, Ram or anything you may call in your native language. It has been written in your genome; and you may understand Him if you try to.

Dear Arno you are right the using of free will is the most suitable scale at this level. 1 is minimum and 10 is maximum rating as according to everyone’s own analytical approach. It will be more beneficial if some points can get mentioned behind such marking as reason of specified rating. Prof. Arno if you may put some light on any expected language of such designer software then it will be a good guidance.
Dear Prof. Qureshi as I mentioned above, and again I elaborates it more clearly that "Creator Created Creatures via Creation" (Its my theory, any one can get agree or disagree with argument). Now Nature allows to explore the process of "creation" to researchers or to be a researcher. There is no box which make thinking at dead end because the Universal observations are too many to understand and at the moment human can’t handle such huge data in least summarized way as it will be in future under most common laws. Brain never remain stagnant, some new knowledge might be extension of existing knowledge but its up to the direction of caving of knowledge. Truth remains truth and new knowledge can prove it as well, truth should be strong enough to not to get afraid if it’s ultimate truth because people will reach there eventually. But all this didn’t mean that human make mind that now there is no need of exploration of new knowledge, if such thinking is “in” then actually thinking is “out”. Hope it will be helping Prof.
Thinking should not get "out". It should continue. To explore the truth. The ultimate truth. To understand creation. But man has got a belly to be filled in with nutritious food; a body to be covered with good clothes and a family to be provided shelter. People have to interact with each other productively and help each other. The Creator has to manage all these things. To fulfill all needs of all creatures.
Human brain should work on these things; how to tailor them with each other and how to help the people to achieve their legitimate goals. While doing so, one must take care of limits and must not harm the interests of others. But most of the people try to achieve their goals, destroying the dreams of others.
The Creator has got the responsibility to manage the Universe so that all these thing happen smoothly. He has to keep the earth revolve around the sun in an orbit within certain speed limits, temperature, gaseous ratios and all other required environments. So software can simulate all these happenings; we must simply believe that the Creator, the Super Intelligent, is running all these things, independently and we are compelled to believe in the All Mighty, God.
