Same types of innovations by different nations have different aspects in term of quality, technical capacities, life, energy usage, making etc. Some brands considered very successful and some get none sustainable or low volume market in comparison. Better to say that their product get failure to turn innovation or assembly into good sustainable profit. At backend one of the key reasons is Technical Differences.
1. What are the reasons of these technical differences and Why they occurs?
2. Is there any role of different different psychology/neuron linkages / backend philosophy / prevailing knowledge etc into technology creation?
3. Why some nations remain "Sterile" in creation of technology even having much money and resources?
4. Why some nations get success even in beginning of modern technology creation with limited resources?
5. Do such "Master & Slave" / “Creator / User” relationship or “Modern division of technical resources” are natural or man-made or purely related to Specific Hardworking & struggle?
6. Why not same human brain by birth created same thoughts and same way of working. Is such diversity having some clues toward inbuilt/natural selection? Its just a matter of Use & train /not use & not train the brain, acquired-natural or its based on some other phenomenon

Intelligence is the ability of individuals to adapt to the newly emerging situation. Previous experiences have a major role in making decisions on how to adapt to the situation. People who grow up in an environment that trains them to be obedient and always go on a safe path thus act in a newly created situation. However, people who grow up in an environment that encourages them to research, calculate risk, research in order to find new solutions are exactly what they are doing in a newly created situation.
I believe that the level of acceptance of innovation is not influenced by the existing level of technology implementation, but by the usual patterns of behavior. This is precisely demonstrated by the fact that new technological solutions are rapidly accepted in developing economies because individuals in these economies have been taught to look for new, better-quality solutions.

Sir, you habe very broad questions. Your 6th question is interesting. I am trying to answer all of your questions.
1. There are many factors. But i can say that there are two things 1st is innovation and 2nd is globalization. Those countries who constantly innovate things, re-design, discover are totally differ than those who replicate the results.
2. Yes, there is very significant role. Some culture have tendency to specific traits. While our surroundings and ways of doing work influence our outcomes.
3 & 4. It totally depend on there goals. You can says that its not nation phenomenon it a team or specific kind of group which have common goals may have extraordinary out comes. For example space X made the re usable rockets falcon. Even other companies of same nation were unable to do so. So it a group phenomenon. Those nation who have these set of peoples and goal oriented companies are more chances to produce results.
5. There are some factor that we called cumulative advantages which are totally related with chances while there are number of specific hours can substantially define your sucess.
6. There are some differences we think, percieved, and visualize the information. Some are good in spatial memory while some are good in algorithm based memories. It totally related with how our genes adapt from million of years. Those generations who need these skillls are more likely to develop and enhance these skills. But there are other factors influence as well.

The most important reason for differences is the way the regarded system survives. Pharmaceutical Industry is interestet in gaining Money without really beeing interestet in healing People, because when they invent one drug which heals a disease, they can not sell further pills anymore. Similar the car Industry, or any other Industry Building technical products. The human race is able (when working boarder-crossing to built a technical product which can Sustain heaut, Cold, pressure and can work very precise (for example: a settelite). Or -of cource- the most precise things: weapons. And the same Industry tells us, that a common dishwasher works for about eight years, after that you need a new one… The most people would say (when they would have time for thinking during all the consuming pressure and fearing that they really need this or that…): WTF why does a car only works several years...Isnt there a possibility that we can buy a car which works at least 30 years (because a satellite or a tank does as well)?!
But the shareholders of the Industry want every year more yield. Therefore a product needs to lead to further consumption, must be repaired, upgradet or whatever. And these processes for their parts Need a Kind of Organisation. This Organisation is different in different cuntries. There is your reason.
The human brain is well prepared, it works great, but the worldview is different. Everything! - every knowledge, every wisdom, every creation, every fear, every Inspiration, every communication is based on the individual view of the world. the most people are acting, thinking, speeking because of fear. The feel disconnected from the source (or god or whatever), and with that the don't feel nourished by the source and Need to feed themself by consuming others. Within tihs worldview there is allweas a 'to little or to much' and fear to nourish insufficient. And every commercial spot, every industry and politics feeds these nessecities. So the wheel turns on and on...
