Newborn neurons using FACS?

I am currently exploring the possibility of isolating newborn neurons using FACS and I was wondering if anyone here has experience with this approach. Is it feasible? If so, what markers or protocols have you found to be effective

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
