I'm currently setting up an focus reducation neutralization test(FRNT) experiment for RSV. The focus is coming out well, but there's one issue: in the group with serum containing the neutralizing antibody, there's about a 5% increase in focus compared to the virus-only group. It’s a slight increase, but I'm wondering what might be causing this.
