MTT Assay HCl-SDS Solution Preservation?

Does anyone know if the solubilizing solution (HCl-SDS) can be preserved in any way? or does it have to be made each time before the experiment?

Hi Grace,

10% SDS-HCl solution for MTT can be stored at room temperature (around 15-25 degrees) for up to 6 months. You don't have to prepare it each time. However, keep an eye on its homogeneity before use, just in case.
