Hi, I have a question about animal stem cells phenotyping analysis. I would like to know if I can make a imunophenotyping using human CDs markers (CD90, CD45, CD105, CD73, CD44, CD34, CD11b, CD19 and HLA-DR) to animal MSCs (dog, feline and equine).

You can look at any standard company website for these antibodies. There you will find the details of the conjugated fluorochrome, isotype, and their reactivity with species. Based on that you can purchase. For dogs, reactivity with Canine will be mentioned. Even there you may find some references for animal MSCs use.

Immunophenotyping assay can be performed to characterize MSCs from any source and can be supported by immunostaining and tri-lineage differentiation.
