The version 2.0 of the miRNAtools webpage is released in a beta version for testing.

This page is a compilation of tools to analyze miRNAs and their regulatory actions, that tries to collect and organize the information that is disperse in the web. This new version has been refurbished and updated with new available software. Some sections have been completed with comparative assessments in order to help the user to choose a particular application.

Uses are encouraged to test the new interrface as well as the new included tools and give as much feedback as possible. Let me know if I can include some of your favourite web-based applications for miRNA analysis.

Tutorials are yet to be included. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
