Hello, I would like to know which book or article you recommend me to consult the dry base composition of the fungi or specifically of the Aspergillus, since from this I have to formulate my "own" culture medium. I’m looking for something that isn’t an already used culture medium, it’s more like the minimum nutritional requirements (C, H, P, S, etc. ) Thank you

There are many media can be used effectively to isolate the fungus Aspergillus like Sabouraud Ager (SA), Malt Extract Ager (MEA) or Corn Meal Agar (CMA).
You can take a look on the reference named "Fungi and food spoilage" by: Pitt and Hocking, third edition, 2009, which deals with many fungi, among them is Aspergillus and in the end of the book there are many listed media for isolating different fungi. So, you can have a benefit when you see them carefully.
I think that the medium PDA is very suitable medium for large number of different fungi, because it's a rich medium for fungal growth.
It's very easy to prepare the medium PDA in the laboratory.
You must take 200 gm of fresh potato (cutting to small portions and boiling), 20 gm dextrose and 20 gm Agar. They are mixing together and completing the volume to one liter with distilled water. Also you must add a suitable antibiotic to prevent the bacterial growth.
