I'm trying to isolate fungi capable of degrading chlorpyrifos. I´m putting nitrate salts and trace elements because I need chlorpyrifos as my unique Carbon source to determinate the degradation and I need a liquid medium. What other elements do you recommend me? do you think that without any other source of carbon they could grow?
