I am a Ph.D. student and I am just starting my project. In this project we were considering the hypothesis of using miniaturized microscopes. I know that there are two companies making models of this type of microscope, the Doric Lenses and Inscopix. Taking this into consideration, does anyone around here worked with any of these companies (preferably with this type of microscope)? What are your thoughts on the equipment that you acquired? Do you advice? Thanks in advance.

It uses some state of the art electronics,GRIN lenses to provide a microscope with real time imaging and measuring dynamic signals. I hope this may be helpful. Kind regards, Harrie Verhoeven.
Are you talking about classical optical microscopes (e.g. with photons) or are you talking about charged particle microscopes (e.g. electrons, and ions)? I know a couple of really good results that have come from the latter. -John N
