Can someone please clarify the correct way to calculate LogID50 using the Reed and Muench method. Using the example values below:

10^-1 100% positive

10^-2 100% positive

10^-3 100% positive

10^-4 100% positive

10^-5 100% positive

10^-6 100% positive

10^-7 85.7% positive

10^-8 50% positive

10^-9 14.3% positive

Dilution factor = 10

Inoculating volume = 0.1ml

Can you please show me how you calculate the proportionate distance (PD) and then the LogID50.
