i am working on ischemic stroke. for immunoflourescence i want to use zeiss confocal microscope.before i used VS120 but the images from vs120 not so good now i want to use zeiss confocal but i dont know no how to prepare slides for this microscopy is that same with VS120 or different?

There is essentially no difference in slide preparation for epifluorescence or confocal microscopy. I do not what your samples exactly are but as pointed out there is hardly any difference for sample preparation between these two microscopy. However, I would recommend to use 0.1 mm cover glasses for better results.
