microRNA as a short 18-22 nucleotide sequence has been implicated in gene expression regulation through its seed region base pairing to mRNA which degrades or prevent the binding to the promoter region the polymerase enzyme. This information has been exploited and research has been ongoing. Dear fellow molecular experts, i want to ask if anyone have a complete procedure for the following analysis
1, Forward genetics, directional clonning technique and any bioinformatic analysis
2, Computational algorithms and Oligonucleotide microarrays
3, Nothern blotting, tissue specific RNAclonning.
4, Trangenic approach or in situ hybridization.
5, Bead based flow cytometry.
6, Luciferase reporter constructs, loss of function study or transfection of homologous.
Pls anyone can help suggest previous work or procedures. This will really be of help to my project and anyone willing to collaborate is welcome.
