Hi all,

I am currently expressing a membrane protein on eukaryotic cell line, I tried to use CM-DiI for membrane labeling to verify the localization of my target protein, however, effect of CM-DiI seems not able to show membrane related structure being labeled, is there any other suggestions which could be use to label cell membrane?

There are many fluorescent probes for membrane labeling that you can try. Here are some sources:
