You can use a classical DMEM low glucose 10% FBS with AB. These cells are quite easy to culture, just be careful MSC lost part of their properties with passages(faster than DPSC). Sometimes when MSC don't grow well you can add bFGF at a low concentration such as 4 ng/mL. Good luck

I am doing culturing of these stem cells (dental and bone marrow) since 5 years. Yes, you can use a single culture media for both cells. Obtain M8042 culture media from Sigma and supplement it with L-Glutamine and 10% FBS for final use.

This setting will work very fine with both stem cell cultures.

The glucose concentrations alter the behaviour of the cell but do not necessarily affect its growth in an obvious way you can use high or low glucose DMEM . Also you need to read more about the biology of cell before you go picking to choose the best glucose concentrations for your experimental .
