Looking for short format journals for research on optical sensors?

I'd appreciate suggestions for mid to mid-high rank journals for publishing short format articles (e.g. communications, short reports) in the area of optical sensors for chemical detection and quantification.

The work is related to nanoparticles, graphene quantum dots, and Raman spectroscopy.
