In this discussion, I intend to talk about the lived experiences of the Ph.D. students. What experiences (good or bad, positive or negative) have you had in this course?
In my case, the Ph.D. course has been an opportunity to deepen an area of knowledge that has always been interesting to me but I never took the time to explore. At the same time, it has provided me with valuable tools to do research more rigorously.

In my opinion, pursuing a Ph.D. is a challenging yet rewarding journey that involves both highs and lows. Each student's experience will be unique, influenced by factors such as their field of study, research topic, advisor, and personal circumstances.
In my case, positive experiences for Ph.D. students include: Research, accomplishments through novel research findings or publications, intellectual growth, and networking. Ph.D. students may face with negative experiences such as stress and pressure such as 1- feeling overwhelmed by the demands of coursework, research, teaching responsibilities, and other commitments. 2. Isolation: Experiencing loneliness or feeling disconnected from peers due to the solitary nature of research work. 3. Funding issues such as dealing with financial challenges such as limited funding, grant rejections, or the need to work additional jobs to support themselves. as well as burnout such as experiencing mental and emotional exhaustion from the intense workload and high expectations.
