Hello, everyone, I amworking on a lipid tube, when transfect the lipid probe to show the lipid tube, we can observe it very clearly under microscope for live cell imaging. But when fixed the dish sample with 4% PFA, it is difficult to found the tube. Have anyone done some fixation of lipid tube which is dynamic? Is there a good method to reserve the lipid tube on the 20mmglass bottom dish. Thank you very much.
