Dear experts,

I am trying to detect phospho-DDR1 after collageI stimulation, I tried to use 50ug/ml collageI in PBS coating the dish at 37 degree for 1-2hour before seeding cells. And then try to perform western-blot. But I can not detect the phosphoDDR1 right now, I tried to do total DDR1 either, the western-blot was fine. Anyone can help me see if the collage stimulation method is right? or can you give some help on how to stimulate DDR1 with CollageI properly. Thank you very much.
