I want to know, when the Coil group mode is activated in this software, if each domain (Domain Group) selected will be considered as multi turn coil?
Next, is the user-defined voltage equal to the sum of all voltages in the domains groups (multi turn coil)?
If you by coil GROUP simply mean collecting all coils in a group (right-click Coil and then select group), then that is just a convenient way to visually collect common 'things' in groups. For each 'Coil' node in the tree, you have either Single Conductor or Homogenized Multi-turn. For any of the two you need to select ALL domains making up that coil. It could be one domain, or you could have partitions so that that same VOLUME is made up of multiple DOMAINS. So select all domains that naturally encompass that one coil. If domains are disconnected, then they cannot make up one coil. So for each coil, select the corresponding domains, and right-click to further define the DIRECTION (and symmetries, if any), to fully describe that one coil, and do the same for each separate coil, having each their own 'Coil' node. So to answer the question "Each selected domain will NOT be viewed as individual coils; COMSOL knows that all selected domains make up ONE coil in total, and if you have multiple coils, you need multiple 'Coil' nodes, each having one or multiple domains associated with them. You can group ('Group' node) them if you want to, it does not change the functionality at all"
For each coil you can apply current or voltage, and in a finite element sense, the applied voltage will be used in the calculation, so that e.g. in post-processing you should expect the current times resistance (calculated via current density and so one) should approximate the applied voltage, for each coil.
