I am trying to conduct a mixture of a latent class/ profile analysis because I have categorical and continuous outcome variables.
(1) how can I combine these two?
I would also like to include the Prediction of burnout (binary outcome) at a later time point.
(2) what model can I use to add the prediction?

Well, it depends on what you have available to work in, can you use R? If so, tidyLPA is dead easy, and if it's a binary outcome you can use a standard GLM, or try something different like a random forrest, or FFTrees depending on whether you're interested more in prediction or explanation.
