There are several options available on AssayGenie website. We use their products in my lab and we had no problem so far, maybe you could try them out :)
I'm from Synaptic Systems, a company that develops antibodies for Neuroscience research, so my answer is "biased". I think we have a good guinea pig polyclonal anti-Neurotensin antibody; link to the product:

We are quite proud on the product and I can offer you a free ttrial size sample of this antibody (or the mouse monoclonal variant). If you are interested, please respond.
sorry we haven't tested this antibody in guinea pig yet, the homology in the immunogen region is very high, near 100% (1 aa is different), but not 100%, so I couldn't guarantee that the guinea pig will recognize the gp NTS.
But I can offer you a free sample trial size (= 1/5 of catalog format) for testing. Since you are based in the US, the sample would be free, but not the shipping cost. If you are interested, we can organize something, contact me via [email protected]
I am also looking for other antibodies (GFAP, IBA1, NeuN, Caspase 3...PSD95, Synaptophysin, GLuN1, GluA2, Dopamine receptor 1, dopamine receptor 2, Tyrosine hydroxylase, Dopamine transporter) for neurotoxicity research, and I am using guinea pigs as an animal model. unfortunately, there are not a lot of antibodies for guinea pigs.
we are offering antibodies against all the targets you mention, so it would be a lot of work to align the epitopes between the immunogen and the gp sequence, so pleas econtact me via my e-mail address.
