Currently received this cell line L5178Y for some cell works. The prescribed media for the cell line was DMEM, but as it a suspension cell, the cells are maintained in RPMI media also. At the present, I'm not able to decide the credibility of the cell line, whether it is in good or bad condition, or whether it can be used for further studies. Cells in some flasks appear to be clumped up and some flask have some background particles other than the cells.
