As part of angiogenesis study, we did CAM assay with two replicates. The data we needed is of vascularization degree. But, the values in 0th and 24th hour first replicate is not similar to the values in 0th and 24th hour of second replicate. Neither difference of vascularization degree (24th hour minus 0th hour) is same for both replicates. But the trend is same, as angiogenetic ability was decreasing with increasing concentration.
