I have tried all of them including non-mentioned SAM, but not in tactical settings, just in our lab. In my mind AAJT is the worst one, very painful, not more effective than others. I would prefer SAM Junctional Tourniquet which is great in my mind and according to John Kragh's data (from recent conference). The second best - JETT
