In general, if the concluding student is a descendant of a poor family, he should immediately seek work to begin managing his basic needs and of the family. When achieving a certain level of financial stability, he must unite the two options. Studying is always vital to the career of any worker.
It depends on one's economic capabilities. If he/ she is able to provide a good stsndard of living, priority should be given to pursue postgraduate studies. If not, priority should be given to getting a job, and then to be enrolled in a part time postgraduate study.
Seeking knowledge is workship. God will help us get a job. I have chosen to study until 38 years. I get a job after two months of search and I am still working.
Job reflects our own identity ,job depends on our academic qualification our knowledge ,our experience all together which may help us to receive a successful line in the job . With this education for any areas is must for every individual in order to receive a suitable stand in our life .
We therefore feel that job & education are both essential in our life .
As always "and". At a minimum, it is necessary to find an opportunity to continue learning in the process of work. It may be even a self-education.
Education has a general character. It is necessary learn to apply it in a practice. (Grau, teurer Freund, ist alle Theorie Und grim des Lebens goldner Baum - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe). And vice versa, often in a practice a person understands how much useful knowlege he missed during his learning. These lacunae should be eliminated as soon as possible.
Therefore, the process of learning should be continuous, as long as the person is able to perceive the new. At the same time, learning for the sake of learning quickly becomes boring.
With understanding you can move on with your education even with job at hand. Please never joke with job especially if you are not from an ideal country with normal system.

Cost and benefit are the major concerns. In this decade some of my most capable younger associates chose the job instead of graduate studies because of cost.
In USA the cost of college has risen to the point that the average graduate has about $40,000 of debt remaining in middle age. It is a bit misleading because the average debt was incurred many years ago when tuition was lower. Newer graduates I worked with had up to $150,000 in debts and were hard pressed to pay them.
Other associates completed a masters degree with expectation of high wages to justify the high cost. All of them were disappointed in receiving offers of about half the pay they had expected.
With a job sometimes the employer will pay the cost of continuing education. Many famous universities have online programs with seminars targeted to employed students. Apprenticeship in the major field is a plus when salary is discussed later, and a good way to pay for college while gaining experience.
One answer is not going to be appropriate for every student. Getting good advice is important. Also choice of university and department is important and needs consideration.
In my opinion, the education is the key it will give you the skills required in getting a good job and also knowledge is power. However many jobs have minimum educational requirements.

Education and Job both equally important. But which is more important, it depend on situation, financial support and the eagerness of a student on education or higher education. If any student have not all the support for doing higher education, so that student should try for the different jobs such as govt. sector or private sector on depending the his or her qualification. The student who have all the support and eagerness they can complete their education up to Masters or Ph.D, and try for job also.
I think unlimited learning does not have a specific age, but the job ends with a specific age. For me, I think the job is important after graduation and the completion of graduate studies after two years of the profession.
This is a highly individual choice depending upon the life's circumstances. For many students they have the burden of repaying their student loans back and hence the urgency to find a job and start earning. For others this may not be the case. If your long term plan is to get a PhD and if there are no financial constraints I would recommend that you continue after your undergraduate studies onto graduate work. I have found that sometimes being away from education (example - working) a few years can result in reduced acumen. In my case I worked for 2 years after finishing my undergraduate degree and found it somewhat difficult, at least in the beginning, going to graduate school

Education will assist you through variety of things; but, work expertise permits you to reveal things regarding yourself that education can’t. for instance, it will assist you verify your strengths and weaknesses. By the tip of the expertise, you'll be able to answer the subsequent queries. area unit you a decent communicator? does one work well in an exceedingly team? does one relish the work you're doing? this chance helps many of us perceive the career path they need to require and if it seems that the task isn’t a decent suitable you, then it’s higher to seek out out currently on a brief term rather than you doing it on a
Job or continue education. Which is more important ?
Generally both are important but which is more important is depending on the individual's attributes, resources & circumstances that s/he is in e.g. personal preference, need of self-actualization, financial support level, family commitment, others' expectations, hard to find opportunity etc.
Moreover, the importance can shift when the individual move from one stage of life to another or getting more matured / older etc. that need to be considered too.

It is depends on will of candidate, if candidate is interested in Academic line job such as Lecturer, Reader, Professor etc then you have complete minimum Ph. D. hence I suggest to go education. In other hand the candidate interested in private job then i suggest after completion graduation immediately join job; in private section experience is important rather then degree.
Education is a key for job. Job quality and effectiveness is heavily based on how much the education is high. The higher the education is, the better job can be acheived.
To me, surely education. However, sometimes we also need to consider the economic background of the family as well. If the family has a poor economy, getting a job is more important than the continuation of education.
I completed my first degree in a Co-Operative program of apprenticeship sometimes called a Sandwich program. It took 6 years instead of 4 but I came out with very little debt, less than one month pay, and a job with supervisory responsibilities.
It makes a huge difference in choices that are available. During the additional degree programs I had worked enough that they were finished with no debt incurred.
So I'm in favor of the apprentice programs for some people, but aware that other people may have sufficient resources or choose to borrow.
The quality of education can be different, but more likely it is the quality of life that is different. Choice of university is a key to whether or not the study and job fit together. Also the employer is a key to success. I worked with some people who had transferred or changed jobs to get a work situation that supported the continued study.
Profession choice is important. Engineering jobs might require or prefer a State Registration, License, or Charter, which means a life time of continuing education. The requirement for continuing studies produces a stack of certificates which will expire or a stack of diplomas which will not expire. I chose some of both.
In the professional practice even when research is done, education is never finally finished until retirement or end of life. Decades of academic life are interwoven with decades of professional practice.
I , from my own experience in this matter, suggest that it is much better to complete education up to Doctoral studies, and then look for job options, this helps in accessing a wider variety of job profiles and wider range of related research fields.
Earning with learning, should start appropriate job after completing Master. Medical and Engineering are ever growing field, cannot stop learning, or would be outdated, degree is not of prime important, important is your knowledge and field proffesonalism. My time there was only EE, then around 80, Electronics&Communication, then around 84 CE, and around 90 IT Communication, Power Electronic and so on😝😝though Ph D the needed qualification for higher position in teaching, and could be achieved by remaining in job, as I did....
In some countries and cultures the education must be completed as early as possible, because degree programs are not offered later in life. Medical doctor is on example.
I prefer job, because we are in the third world need to we need to find a suitable source of income for the lives of our families, then we can educated

I think it depends on where one is. In Africa a lot changes in a short time. I think Job is better and i will share my experience to show colleagues why I believe so. I completed my second degree on or round 13 Dec 1995. My professor advised me to sign contract documents with the University immediately and continue for my studies as a staff development fellow. I opted to take the whole of Dec off and start my fellowship the following year on I january 1996. When we returned for the following year, there was a moratorium freezing all positions by the vice chancellor. I was without work for another 6 months.
It's education; cliche but really, education is the sure key to success. It's easier to land into a job when one is armoured with the knowledge and skills necessary to the performance of a job. Only a few lucky and smart unschooled men succeed.
However, if one can do both simultaneously, the better. Quite a number of successful professionals were once working students.
After you've found a job, the benefits of education continue. Higher education may be a requirement for promotions or for managerial positions, and if you continue your education, you'll be eligible for these higher-paying, more prestigious jobs. If a job in your company opens up that's specific to your college major, you'll probably be the most competitive candidate even if your previous job had little to do with your major.
To add, yap, learning is a never ending process. One does not stop learning after earning a degree; with the degree comes greater challenges and opportunities, so all the more that he needs to keep himself abreast of the latest trends in his field.
Job is the best way to gain knowledge and skills in a practical way and education enhances those skills in theoretical way and gives you opportunities to get more than one alternative to find job.
In most people's lives, there is a time when one sometimes thinks if continuing education is worth the time and money. There may be a chance for yourself to decide whether to take the opportunity or continue your education. Although continuing your education may not be exciting compared to other things in life, the benefits will last a lifetime. Therefore, if you are not hesitant, there are some facts that support the importance of continuing education ... increasing qualification ... increasing income ... a better lifestyle ... gaining trust ...
