Generally speaking, most developed countries are adopting a middle of the road approach one in which dream cities are built in natural landscapes with modern facilities. This middle of the road approach to housing tends to solve the long time conflict between the desire for living in rural or urban centers.
I would rather prefer living in the country side without any worries. In today's context, lot of country side places are converted as smart cities in India.
In countryside without unnecessary worries which life in city brings by itself. Green lawns and forests during spring and summer, beautifull fall colrors and winter idyll make me calm, satisfied and happy.
Probably the countryside although it looks like it is only a matter of time before development spreads to remote areas and spoil the natural beauty leaving no places to hide for peaceful living. A place where the cell phone does not keep ringing and Internet bombarding people with useless information would be nice.
I live on an island that has some rural areas. I enjoy the country side but to live in such an area far removed from all modern comforts is difficult for me. I like to know I am in an available position to be reached if in emergency.
Some people keen on living in the big city and some people prefer the relaxed life in the countryside and the province. Both of the mentioned views have their advantages and disadvantages.
As I have lived in city from my childhood, I think that it could be attractive to live in countryside after retirement.
I support the opinion of Nada QASIM Mohammed. For younger people more prospects in the city. For people of age, preferably in rural areas (if it is not associated with hard work on the ground) - in this I agree with Seyed Mehdi Mohammadizadeh
