According to my understanding of life absolute luck does not exist. When we do something good; God will reward us for it. In order to stay behind the curtains of life; the reward comes sometimes as a lucky event.
I personally do not believe in luck. Successful person is due to his or her hard work to arrive to their goals. Strong will and determination make your dreams come true.
What is Luck ? - Achieving Success ? Becoming rich? Getting something done in first attempt ? Winning a lottery ?
Well, if a person fails at his first attempt then says that luck didn't favor him then that's false.Luck is something you create.Strong Will and Determination of trying again even after failing brings success.
One may think winning a lottery needs luck, but what if someone misuses the money, that's not success then its not luck its a lesson to learn from life.
And, then people carry things as lucky charms, they are nothing but their beliefs that having them can bring about success, its just like a person who is dying still wants to fight on in life. So, luck is nothing but hope, hope to achieve success in life.
According to my townsman, the Late Prof. Albert Chinụalụmọgụ Achebe (a literary icon), he said and I quote "those whose palm-kernels were cracked by a benevolent spirit should not forget to be humble". What does that mean? You see not everyone could be lucky to have a benevolent spirit crack the nut. Luck is an integral part of nature. As the world exist, nothing can change it. In some context, luck could be attributed as blessing. Well so far, I think hard working people are the most luckiest or better still makes best use of what luck offers.

Thank you Dr. Mohamadreza Rezaei Ahvanooei for the question.
The question of success in study, diligence in work, and access to a good professional site depends on human activity, endeavor, diligence, and proper planning.
We all need grace to succeed. Hard work, determination, focus, etc are good as keys to success but we need grace to pick the right key at the right time.
Luck can play a role, if it happens to strike just when you need it. All it means is that many experiences are probabilistic, so when the probabilities line up your way, that's called "luck." Hopefully, success can be achieved by other means, than just "pure luck" alone.
Sometimes, what people call "luck" is really not luck at all. My daughter was explaining to me that she got a multiple choice question right, by "pure luck." But then she explained what the question was, what the answer choices were, and why she made her choice of answer. Well, it hadn't been "pure luck" at all. It had been very clever deductive reasoning.
Which leads me to believe there is some truth in the saying, "We make our own luck."
In this connection, there is an anecdote. Someone is praying: "I am tired of poverty, so exhausted..." And suddenly he hears a voice: "Okay, there will be a great winnings for you in the lottery...". A couple of weeks later, this person complains again: "I was promised a win, I was deceived...". Again, he hears a voice: "Buy a blank, at least..." (This is not the advertisement of lottery …).
"Luck plays a role in fundamental issues in life, such as being born into a happy and cohesive family, or a disjointed family. It also plays a role in matters of marriage and association, by chance, but we can not attribute our failure to luck in all matters."
For example, the question of success in study, diligence at work, and access to a good professional site depends on human activity, endeavor, diligence, and proper planning. Success in short is to decide that succeed is a decision and can play luck role by shortening the distance there was a decision of the origina

Luck plays a side factor in success, however, success based on less luck is much more enjoyable and effective than success supported by better luck, provided: hardworking in both.
Luck exists, but it is a very complicated spaghetti of factors and effects extended over several generations. However, a hard-worker must never pay attention to luck, otherwise, definitely he'll lose.
First of all, we have to know what luck is? Also, we have to define what success is? If we find right answers, then we can discuss about luck and sucess dilemma. Many of us think that knowledge and skills are dominant factors of success. Yes, but a little bit of luck is often necessary to acomplish great results.
Success between luck and diligence: Luck is only the point of convergence of hard work and continuous development with good opportunity. Whoever believes that luck is the cause of his failure will never be successful, he will always see that it is futile from diligence, initiative and development, as long as he is unlucky, he will recline on himself and become more passive
First we are lucky to live. But success is due to education, hard work, the nature of talent, the country where we live, the time of our life and more to luck. But there are important physical phenomena discovered by chance: penicillin (A. Fleming), etc.
I believe ... despite my strong belief in the importance of diligence in life as the only way to achieve success, but I believe in luck and its importance, it is not enough to strive to ensure the success of the person, if not lucky it does not achieve anything from ambitions
Yes , luck plays a pivotal part in everyone’s life , and is interestingly different for everyone , some are lucky in health ,while some in wealth ,relationships etc
Luck also has a deep rooted concept of destiny found in most of the religious texts and culture
Hard word does pay off , but without Luck , Hard work is just incomplete or in other words it is being unlucky
I have heard mnay Nobel Prize Laureates saying that no big researcher can deny the value of some luck in his scientific career. Sure, hard work and innovative thinking are key players, but with some luck, huge success can be achieved.
I agree with Dr. Anastas Ivanov. In addition each of us has several experiences where luck played a important role. And I want, in the following, to summarize my last experience. Ten years of scientific research after retirement, (2005), I wanted to be "illiterate".
I frequented a small cafe for workers in the hope to catch a microbe, or virus, of
anti-science. One day there was in the cafe a cat and a dog next to the barman and I observed that the bodies of the three are symmetrical. And I thought that if Darwin is right then these symmetries result from the symmetries of group theory in quantum mechanics. Starting from the symmetry of Wigner D-matrix I found, by chance, the 24 solutions of the famous Gauss's hypergeometric differential equation (see RG). And this has paved me the way for further research (see also RG).
In general, those with greater talent had a higher probability of increasing their success by exploiting the possibilities offered by luck. In general, mediocre-but-lucky people were much more successful than more-talented-but-unlucky individuals.
It all depends on what you mean by "luck". If you mean circumstances that we do not control, then most of what we do as humans is lucky or unlucky because it is outside of our control. If "luck" means making a bet on a particular course of action or set of events that is realised, then luck can also be important. If you buy a winning lottery ticket, then that would be deemed as success if you can live a more pleasant life. That said, we as humans make decisions based on the experience, knowledge and skills that we have; without those skills we might make worse decisions. You are not going to write a successful research paper by luck alone, although the idea for the paper may have been suggested by a chance meeting or event.
