This generation think, propose and expect things should happen in quick time, but systems are slow (due to a certain set protocol and order of happen or transmission from one phase to another) when young people came across such scenarios and feel things not happening accordingly, get discouraged and disappointed.

Some have never married for reasons of potential, lack of a suitable life partner or emotional trauma. In the presence of depression and inability to express emotions in time, so the emotions lead to negative effects on mental health, so it is recommended that specialists in psychiatry to allow every young man to express feelings and emotions.

Lack of real targets and aims in life, such aims shall produce HOPE, hope never co-exist with depression.
So many poor and miserable life people do not suffer from depression, as they have several targets, aims, and hopes which they are working hardly to achieve them.
Have anybody ever heard that Edisson or Neoton or Curie or such fellows ever suffered from depression (during their effective life of course) ?
What about working hardly towards our aims in our forthcoming second life ? This is the real therapy of depression !
In my opinion, depression is caused from inferiority complex. When one thinks he/she is inferior in a matter then it is obvious that his/her mental condition get upset and following depression takes the place. Everyone should be happy with what he/she has got and he/she must have faith in the Almighty GOD.
Technological addictions, 4G telecommunications Addictions, Social Media Addictions, Lack of Parental Care, Lack of Intellectual Religious Faith & Belief, Lack of proper Sleep, Late Morning Sleep Wakeups.
What I think is , the state of your mind depends on the environment you are surrounded with. So the main cause of depression is the poorness of choice as in what you choose to be surrounded by . For example , if you are surrounded by high class people, you may feel inferior and thus, depressed. Again if you are surrounded by low class people, you will think about where you are going with with your life and get depressed. The same thing applies for the music or fashion choice, field of study choice , gadget choice and so on. The primary cause is the poorness of choice because you see, you never feel depressed when you make a good choice.
Recently, "modern type depression" is increasing among young people.
Young people seem to be confident, but in fact there is a common spiritual background that they are overly sensitive and uneasy about evaluations others make.
Psychotherapy in such a form as to arrange the characteristics and abilities of the principal and make them aware of them.
Furthermore, medication therapy such as antidepressant administration is carried out after judging the effect.
It is necessary to think social factors such as school education as a background to the increase of youth of depression. Therefore, the correct understanding of the surroundings is also indispensable.
People especially young hang on to life with all of its technology or even do not spend their time with useful things..all of this lead to depression..they should start think of the creator for all of his gifts to us and work harder to be successive people..from all of this happiness may bring to their souls
Among the causes of depression among young Arabs: His inability to realize his dreams
Which often require inexperienced expertise because of their lack of early involvement in the life of the culture that dominates the society, where they remain under the absolute care of the family to the extent that they are paid until the age of marriage. Jobs are available, and competition is increasing for them day by day. Therefore, the community must reconsider this, and unleash the children to build their own attitudes in life, and their early realization under the umbrella of the health guidance, which only saves him from the experiences that may lead him to what is not praised the consequences.
Among the causes of depression among young Arabs: Susceptibility to feeling as a victim
There is a deep rooted feeling in the Arab personality. I do not know its source. It causes it to despair quickly and to stop at the first or second stop in the series of natural attempts to succeed, and then to complain of endless bursts of pain as an unjustified response to failure from the first time. Of those around him that he did what he should have done, that the problem around him, and that he was the victim of a global conspiracy that was woven against him to be among the losers
The famouse reason of depression in young people are Family differences , the death of a friend , weakness in the skills of dealing with the community, injury in physical disabilities or chronic illness , genetic factors and unhealthy eating
The trigger for puberty in both boys and girls is the production of 'gonadotrophin releasing hormone' (GnRH) from a part of the brain called the hypothalamus. This hormone stimulates the pituitary gland to release two hormones, Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH). The teenage years can be tough, and it's perfectly normal to feel sad or irritable every now and then. But if these feelings don't go away or become so intense that you can't handle them, you may be suffering from depression. The good news is that you don't have to feel this way.
Many factors increase the risk of developing or triggering teen depression, including:
1: Having issues that negatively impact self-esteem, such as:
2: obesity,
3: peer problems,
4: long-term bullying or
5: academic problems. 6: Having been the victim or witness of violence, such as physical or sexual abuse.
7: Abuse. Past physical, sexual, or emotional abuse can increase the vulnerability to clinical depression later in life.
Dr Mohamadreza Rezaei Ahvanooei .. Depression may be triggered by stressful life events like bullying at school, parental separation or divorce, bereavement or conflicts with family members or friends.
In my opinion, this is due to the full absence of parents and school in providing the necessary guidance, the absence of religious education and also the disintegration and disruption of the family (divorce, for example).

A depressed person does not enjoy the pleasures of life and is not happy to do the usual activities, as he has enjoyed before. The average person can feel good and happy when he or she succeeds in something, has a favorite meal, makes a trip or watches a comedy, An American study has shown that people suffering from depression are more likely than others to become obese due to lack of self-confidence, low physical activity, and a feeling of over-eating. Dr. Mulla advises laughter from the heart that shakes feelings and feels warm and gives the vital breath. The most dangerous thing that affects the health of the human being is that the device stops its happiness and laughter, sincere laughter protects him from depression, headache, tension, high pressure, stress and crises. The discovery of laughter center in the right half To the brain to prove the effect of laughter on the health status of humans, especially that the amount of adrenaline increases in the blood in case of laughter...

There is no specific cause for depression. It is usually caused by a mixture of things, rather than any one thing alone such as:
or personal experiences can be a trigger. These include family breakdown, the death or loss of someone you love, neglect, abuse, bullying and physical illness.
Depression can start if too many changes happen in your life too quickly.
You are more likely to suffer from depression if you are under a lot of stress, have no one to share their worries with.
Depression may run in families and can be more common if you already suffer from physical illness or difficulties.
Depression seems to be linked with chemical changes in the part of brain that controls mood.
Depression is a condition that affects approximately 5% of children and teens at any given time, according to the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Depression can cause problems such as difficulties in school, difficulties with relationships, and general decreased enjoyment of life. At its worst, depression can lead to suicide, one of the leading causes of death for teens in the United States. Take the time to educate yourself on this important and difficult subject for the health and happiness of your teen.
What Is Depression?
Depression is an illness with many causes and many forms. It is a disorder of someone’s moods or emotions; it is not an attitude that someone can “control” or “snap out of,” but it is treatable with counseling and/or medication.
Symptoms
A teenager with depression might have some or all of these signs of the illness:
Sad or depressed mood
Feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness
Loss of interest in things he or she used to enjoy
Withdrawal from friends and family
Crying
Inability to sleep, or sleeping too much
Loss of appetite, or increased appetite
Aches and pains that don’t go away, even with treatment
Irritability
Feeling tired despite getting enough sleep
Inability to concentrate
Thoughts of suicide, talk of suicide, or suicide attempts
Types
The National Institute of Mental Health states that there are two common forms of depression: major depressive disorder and dysthymic disorder:
Major Depressive Disorder, also called major depression, is characterized by a combination of symptoms that interfere with a person's ability to work, sleep, study, eat, and enjoy once–pleasurable activities. Major depression is disabling and prevents a person from functioning normally. An episode of major depression may occur only once in a person's lifetime, but more often, it recurs throughout a person's life.
Dysthymic Disorder, also called dysthymia, is characterized by long-term (two years or longer) but less severe symptoms that may not disable a person, but can prevent one from functioning normally or feeling well. People with dysthymia may also experience one or more episodes of major depression during their lifetimes.
Causes
There are thought to be many causes of depression. There are most likely many factors behind who develops depression and who doesn’t, and these factors are no different for teens.
Traumatic Life Event, such as the loss of a loved one or pet, divorce or remarriage. Any event that causes distress or trauma, or even just a major change in lifestyle, can trigger depression.
Social Situation/Family Circumstances. Unfortunately, there are teens who live under difficult circumstances. Domestic violence, substance abuse, poverty or other family issues can cause stress and depression in a teen.
Genetics/Biology. It has been found that depression runs in families and that there is a genetic basis for depression. Keep in mind, though, that teens who have depression in their family will not necessarily get the illness, and teens without a history of depression in their family can still get the disorder.
Medical Conditions. Occasionally, depression is a sign of another medical illness, such as hypothyroidism, PMS (premenstrual syndrome) or other disorders.
Medications/Illegal Drugs. Some legal, prescription medications can have depression as a side effect. Certain illegal drugs (street drugs) can also cause depression.
How to Help
Talk to your teen about your concerns. There may be a specific cause for why he or she is acting a certain way. Opening up the lines of communication lets your teenager know you care and that you are available to talk about the situation.
Also, talk to your pediatrician or family physician if you have concerns about your teen regarding depression. Your provider may be able to discuss the situation with your teen, rule out a medical reason for the behavior, recommend a counselor, or prescribe medication.
Lastly, DO NOT ignore the signs or symptoms of depression. Depression is treatable and there is help available for both you and your teen. If left untreated, depression can lead to thoughts of suicide or even the act itself.
If your teen talks about suicide or attempts suicide, get help IMMEDIATELY. Your local community should have a 24-hour crisis hotline for mental health emergencies. You can also call the Kristen Brooks Hope Center at 1-800-SUICIDE (784-2433) for help, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
