I have some experience for designing DNA and protein, expressing and editing gens, however I'm feeling that being familiar with some programs or software that can predict the 3 dimensional structure of protein and its binding possibility, active sites and so on is very essential to design successful protein.
Could any one help me with some programs names or online courses that can help me to get this knowledge?
