It will be helpful if someone share their experience with plasmocin to remove mycoplasma from viruses. According to this article (https://www.researchgate.net/publication/232764995_Mycoplasma_removal_Simple_curative_methods_for_viral_supernatants) it is really efficient but however I saw some little contradictions in between 'plasmocin' and 'BM Cyclin'. That's why I need suggestions from your experiences, which one will be the best?

I did not use the mentioned products. What we do is to use Baytril or Enrostar. The active compound is Enrofloxacin. Infect appropriate cell cultures in presence of 25 µg/ml aof the antibiotic for 3 rounds which should be sufficient to get rid of the mycoplasma. The is cheapest way. However, if your virus passes through a 0.1 µm filter you can do that because mycoplasms are retained. Caution. mycoplasm pass through 0.22 µm filters .
