I have been culturing 3T3-L1 and for a few days I've been seeing this round structures and budding cells. They look very big to be yeast, but I am not sure what they are. The color of the media is normal and doesn't look cloudy either. Every time I split they are still there but I don't think they are proliferating either. I have attached some pictures taken at 20x. There are also some floating smaller objects that I am not sure if they are cell debris or contamination too.

Not sure what the contamination is, but you can consider low-speed centrifugation (300 g, 3 min) to remove the supernatant, resuspend the cell pellet in fresh medium, and continue culturing to see if there is any improvement.

I would doubt that round cells are any cellular contamination. In my opinion these cells are proliferating NIH-3T3 cells. from your lower example image the cell on the right hand side show DNA condensation and formation of chromosomes along the Equatorial plane formation of the kinetochore.
The two cells on the left hand side show a later state, when the cells have finished the process of dividing the cytoplasm and are ready to lay down flat again.
