I need two enzymes .
1. one end is attached with membrane and another have galactose. At galactose end another comes and forms bond. this is the bond, i want to cleave.
2. one end is attached to membrane having N-acetylegalacosdamine at another end. one galactose comes and forms bond . this is the bond , i want to cleave.
The hydrolysis of lactose to glucose and galactose is catalyzed by the enzymes lactase and β-galactosidase (hydrolases). β-galactosidase hydrolyzes the β-glycosidic bond formed between a galactose and its organic moiety.

In order to give you a helpful answer, firstly, it is required to know about the substrate you use. Is it a glycosphingolipid or other molecule? regarding glycosphingolipids with -Gal-Gal- (or Gal derivative) moiety, alpha- or beta- galactosidases active on them exist. I have no exact idea regarding their commercial availability.

if it is disaccharide it is yes you can try with galactosidase
