I injected 500000 cells per animal subcutaneously but I couldn't palpate the Tumor. We are at 17th Day. What is your experience about this type of tumor? How many days should I wait for get tumor?
I do not have direct experience with this mouse lymphoma cell line in vivo, but I would like to suggest you to take into account these two papers. I think the reason why you do not observe any tumour growth is due to the small amount of cells that you injected s.c. You could try to inoculate more than 1-2×10^6 cells s.c. (Zou et al, 2010) or, depending on your aim, 1×10^5 i.v. (Elvington et al, 2012). I believe the second one is the most promising option, althought it does not allow you to analyze the tumour mass.
in ( Kan Jiang , et al ) study. The murine lymphoma EL4 cell line were implanted subcutaneously in the left abdominal quadrant , Tumors were harvested of 6- to10-week-old mice.
