Article Pdx-1 knockdown reduces insulin promoter activity in zebrafish

They established two transgenic zebrafish lines, Pdx-1/GFP and insulin/GFP, expressing the GFP reporter gene under the control of regulatory sequences from either the Pdx-1 or insulin gene.
