Why difeerentiated SH-SY5Y cells (10 uM RA for 3 days) showing MAP2a and MAP2b bands in western blot ?

I did western blot to check MAP2 expression in differentiated SHSY5Y cells. I followed different differentiation method (10 uM RA for 3 days, 10 uM RA for 7 days, 5 uM RA for 3 days and 5 uM RA for 7 days). 10 uM RA for 3 days differentiated SHSY5Y showed 2 bands (MAP2a and MAP2b) and not others. I want to know what could be the reason?
