I'm currently working with isolated Glioblastoma stem-like cells and in order to make sure they are in fact what I think they are, I would like to see if they indeed divide assymetrically. I now we should perform a in vivo cell injection, but we cannot afford that in the moment. I would like to avoid microscopic approaches, but if that's the only option, what should I stain for?

(we already performed several qPCRs and flow cytometry analysis for several reported genes but we are looking for some functional data)
